He also stuck his toes in the ocean for the first time, but we didn't get pics of that. We did get some video which I posted below. He didn't seem as bothered by the ocean as he was the pool the other day. Oh, I forgot to mention that Carlos and I went to my friend Erin's house last Thursday. Her housing complex has a pool so we went there and had lunch by the pool. We tried to get our boys in the water and neither one of them would have anything to do with it ha ha. We figured it was because the pool was a little chilly. Someday they will like it I'm sure :) For now it will just have to be a warm bath ha ha.
I'm so excited about going on vacation next week!! Getting to see family is always a treat :) It will be Carlos' first plane ride which also means it will be his first time to Utah. So many firsts will be happening for us on this trip. Carlos will be meeting his Grandmas April and Shelly as well as his Grandpas Rich and Greg AND all his Aunts and Uncles from my side of the family for the first time! :) And that's just a handful of the people he will be meeting for the first time. There's all my Aunts and Uncles and Cousins and Grandparents that he will get to meet too. Another neat thing that will happen is Luke will be meeting my Johnston siblings and Shelly for the first time as well! I'm really excited about the Wegener Family Reunion too since I have never been to one since joining the military, so this will be an awesome and fun experience :) All in all, this vacation is gonna be fReAkInG aMaZiNg!! :D Just 7 more days till we are there in wonderful Utah! I Can't Wait!!!
